How to Use

1. Check before installation: Inspect cup body for cracks, aging or permanent deformation, confirm PCG-50 specification matches manipulator and workpiece size.
2. Clean contact surfaces: Remove dust, debris and oil on workpiece and suction cup edge to guarantee tight sealing.
3. Mount the suction nozzle onto manipulator fixture tightly, make sure connector is locked securely to prevent air leakage.
4. Switch on vacuum source and carry out air tightness test, adjust vacuum pressure to appropriate working range.
