How to Use
First, select the corresponding ZP3P specification (20mm/25mm/35mm) according to the size and thickness of the packaging bag, and inspect the 5.5-layer bellows and silicone skirt edge for cracks, aging or permanent deformation. Second, clean the suction cup surface and packaging film surface to remove dust, oil stains and fine debris, ensuring a clean fitting surface for vacuum sealing. Third, install the suction cup nozzle firmly on the packaging machine pneumatic interface, check the connection tightness to avoid air leakage during high-speed operation. Fourth, turn on the vacuum air source for idle testing, observe the telescopic flexibility of the multi-layer bellows and check for air leakage at the joint and cup body. Fifth, adjust the vacuum pressure to a low and stable range suitable for thin films, conduct trial bag opening tests, verify no film wrinkling, bag collapse or slipping occurs. Sixth, after the trial run is stable, start continuous automatic packaging and bag opening production. For daily maintenance, regularly clean residual film debris on the suction cup surface, check the elasticity and telescopic performance of the multi-layer bellows, and replace the suction cup in time if suction weakens or aging failure occurs.
