How to Use
First, select matched size according to workpiece dimension and weight: SNT20/SNT30 for miniature thin films and small electronic parts; SNT40/SNT50 for medium PCB panels and plastic sheets; SNT60/SNT80 for large glass, solar panels and large-format thin plates. Check aluminum alloy surface, air inlet port and internal airflow channel for dust blockage before installation. Second, fix the SNT non-contact suction cup firmly on manipulator end fixture via rear threaded interface, ensure stable installation without shaking during high-speed movement. Third, directly connect standard compressed air pipeline to the air inlet, adjust working air pressure within rated range (0.4-0.6MPa), no vacuum pipeline connection required. Fourth, conduct idle test run to check uniform air cushion outflow below the sucker, confirm stable floating airflow without air turbulence or airflow deviation. Fifth, carry out trial gripping test: keep a fixed gap between sucker and workpiece surface, verify stable suspension suction without surface contact or workpiece shaking. Fine-tune air pressure and mounting gap to obtain optimal suction performance. Sixth, start formal automated production after stable debugging. For daily maintenance, regularly clean internal airflow holes to prevent fine dust blocking air channels; inspect thread tightness regularly; avoid hard impact on aluminum alloy body to keep long-term stable non-contact suction performance.
