Product Features
The ZP2-AU Series Conductive Silicone Vacuum Suction Cup is a custom industrial pneumatic sucker designed for precision automation equipment. It adopts professional conductive silicone material and is available in white and black colors, featuring stable anti-static and conductive properties for static-sensitive working scenarios. Featuring a low-head flat structure, this suction cup has a low installation height and compact body, perfectly adapting to narrow installation spaces and high-precision grabbing operations of flat and ultra-thin workpieces. Optimized with heavy-duty structural design, it provides uniform vacuum pressure and strong suction force while maintaining excellent softness and fitting performance. The premium silicone material delivers outstanding wear resistance, aging resistance and deformation resistance, capable of adapting to long-term high-frequency cyclic operation on automated production lines. In addition, the product supports industrial customization, with strong compatibility and wide applicability for various robotic arms and vacuum handling systems.
Product Advantages
This conductive low-head vacuum suction cup has multiple core advantages compared with ordinary suction cups. Firstly, it has excellent anti-static and conductive performance, which can effectively release static electricity generated during high-speed friction and grabbing, avoiding static damage to electronic parts, precision accessories and thin film workpieces, greatly improving production safety rate. Secondly, the ultra-low-head compact design solves the installation limitation of traditional high-profile suction cups, suitable for equipment with limited stroke and narrow working space. Thirdly, it features heavy-duty stable strong suction, with uniform adsorption force, no air leakage and no slipping during continuous operation, ensuring high-precision and high-stability automated handling. Fourthly, the high-quality silicone material is soft and non-marking, which will not scratch or indent the surface of precision workpieces. Moreover, customizable specifications and durable service performance effectively reduce equipment maintenance and replacement costs.
How to Use
First, check the suction cup before installation, confirm that the conductive silicone body is intact without cracks, hardening, wear or dust blockage, and keep the internal air passage unobstructed. Second, select the corresponding customized specification according to the workpiece size, weight and equipment installation space, and install the suction cup firmly on the vacuum connector of the robotic arm or automation equipment to prevent loose connection and air leakage. Third, clean the surface of static-sensitive workpieces, remove dust, oil stains and sundries to ensure a flat and clean adsorption surface for tight vacuum fitting. Fourth, turn on the vacuum pneumatic system, adjust the air pressure to the standard working range, and perform trial suction and release to confirm stable suction and flexible operation. Fifth, in formal automated production, use the low-head flat suction surface to fit the workpiece tightly, wait for the vacuum to stabilize, and complete grabbing, lifting and transferring tasks. Finally, cut off the air source to release the workpiece after operation, clean the suction cup surface regularly, and replace it in time if poor conductivity, aging, deformation or insufficient suction occurs to ensure long-term stable operation of precision automation equipment.
