How to Use
First, inspect the suction cup before installation, check the rubber surface for cracks, wear, aging or foreign impurities, and confirm the air passage is unobstructed. Second, select the corresponding specification (VF75/VF110/VF150) according to the workpiece size and weight, and install the suction cup firmly on the pneumatic manipulator or robotic arm connector to avoid air leakage caused by loose connection. Third, clean the surface of glass or wood panels to remove dust, sawdust and stains, ensuring a flat and clean adsorption surface for better sealing effect. Fourth, perform equipment debugging, adjust the pneumatic negative pressure to a reasonable range, and conduct a no-load test run to verify stable suction and normal release actions. Fifth, in formal operation, align the flat suction cup with the center of the workpiece surface, start the vacuum system for adsorption, and carry out handling, lifting and shifting work after the workpiece is firmly gripped. Sixth, after daily work, cut off the air source and release the workpiece, clean the suction cup surface regularly, and replace the suction cup timely if severe wear, deformation or air leakage occurs to ensure operation safety and stability.
