How to Use
First, confirm the working environment temperature and workpiece type: this PJG-6 30 suction nozzle is suitable for high temperature working environments such as injection molding, hot pressing and high temperature packaging, used for gripping plastic parts, food packaging, electronic components and other workpieces, confirm that the workpiece size and weight match the 30mm diameter suction nozzle load range. Second, inspect the silicone sealing lip and double layer bellows of the suction nozzle before installation, confirm no cracks, scratches, yellowing, aging and debris adhesion, ensure the silicone surface is intact and elastic to avoid vacuum leakage. Third, align the 6mm suction nozzle interface with the pneumatic pipeline quick plug connector, insert directly and lock firmly, no tools required, confirm the connection is tight and there is no air leakage. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and conduct air tightness test, adjust the vacuum negative pressure to the recommended range of -50kPa~-70kPa, check that there is no air leakage at the interface and the sealing lip is evenly fitted. Fifth, carry out trial adsorption operation on the target workpiece, verify that the workpiece is firmly adsorbed without offset, shaking or surface marks, confirm that the double layer bellows can provide sufficient buffer compensation, and it can be lifted stably at the set moving speed under high temperature environment. Sixth, start formal production after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly wipe the silicone suction nozzle with clean soft cloth or neutral cleaning agent to remove dust, oil stains and debris, check the silicone hardness, yellowing degree, bellows integrity and sealing lip wear degree every 2 weeks, and replace the suction nozzle in time if obvious hardening, yellowing, cracking, suction weakening or bellows damage occurs.
