The upgraded internal air channel optimizes vacuum circulation efficiency, forming uniform and strong negative pressure adsorption, effectively improving gripping stability and avoiding workpiece slipping during high-speed operation. The integral one-piece molding process eliminates structural gaps, ensuring excellent air tightness and long-term fatigue resistance, not easy to harden, crack or deform after long-term repeated extrusion. How to Use
First, complete model and material selection according to working conditions: select silicone material for high-temperature and clean scenarios, choose nitrile rubber for oily workshops; match 15/20/25mm size and UN/S structure based on workpiece size and weight. Inspect the suction cup body before installation to check for cracks, aging, deformation and complete anti-static performance. Second, thoroughly clean the suction cup contact surface and workpiece surface to remove dust, oil stains and fine debris, ensuring full close fitting to prevent vacuum air leakage and static dust accumulation. Third, align the suction cup standard interface with the manipulator pneumatic connector, install and lock firmly to avoid loosening and air leakage caused by long-term equipment vibration. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and turn on the air source for idle test, check the overall air tightness and suction response speed, adjust vacuum pressure to the optimal range for static-sensitive workpieces. Fifth, conduct trial gripping operation, verify stable adsorption without slipping, shaking or workpiece deformation, and confirm no static abnormal phenomenon during operation. Sixth, start formal automated mass production after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly clean surface residual dirt, check rubber elasticity and anti-static performance, and replace the suction cup timely if suction weakens, sealing failure or material aging occurs.
