How to Use
First, select the corresponding model according to the workpiece size, weight and surface condition: select STC22N/STC30N/STC40N small and medium models for small hardware parts and plastic parts; choose STC50N/STC60N medium models for conventional workpieces and auto parts; adopt STC80N/STC100N large models for heavy plates and large workpieces. For uneven or inclined workpieces, prefer corrugated structure models. Second, inspect the nitrile rubber sealing lip and corrugated bellows of the suction cup before installation, confirm no cracks, scratches, hardening, aging and debris adhesion, ensure the rubber surface is intact and elastic to avoid vacuum leakage. Third, align the standard threaded interface of the STC suction cup with the manipulator bracket or vacuum connector, screw and lock firmly by hand or with ordinary tools, apply appropriate thread sealant if necessary to prevent air leakage caused by vibration. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and conduct air tightness test, adjust the vacuum negative pressure to the recommended range: -40kPa\-60kPa for small models, -60kPa\-80kPa for medium models, -70kPa~-90kPa for large models, check that there is no air leakage at the interface and the sealing lip is evenly fitted. Fifth, carry out trial adsorption operation on the target workpiece, verify that the workpiece is firmly adsorbed without slipping, offset or falling off, confirm that the corrugated bellows can provide sufficient buffer compensation, and it can be lifted stably at the set moving speed. Sixth, start formal production or DIY equipment operation after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly wipe the rubber sealing surface with clean soft cloth to remove oil stains, dust and debris, check the rubber hardness, wear degree and bellows integrity every month, and replace the suction cup in time if obvious hardening, cracking, suction weakening or bellows damage occurs.
