This PA/PF/PFG series single-layer vacuum suction cup adopts integrated one-piece molding technology, combining a flat single-layer cup body and connecting joint into one integral structure with stable overall performance and no loose parts. It supports two practical rubber material options: nitrile rubber for excellent oil resistance and abrasion resistance, and silicone rubber for non-marking, high-temperature resistance and clean working performance, adapting to diverse industrial working scenarios. Covering three mainstream specifications of 60mm, 80mm and 95mm, it meets the gripping demands of different sizes of flat workpieces with strong universality. The optimized flat single-layer structure ensures maximum contact area with smooth surfaces, realizing uniform vacuum adsorption and stable gripping force. The integral joint adopts standard industrial interface, perfectly compatible with most robotic manipulators and pneumatic automation equipment for quick disassembly and replacement. The whole cup body features outstanding compression resistance and aging resistance, capable of long-term high-frequency cyclic operation in industrial workshop environments.

How to Use
First, inspect the suction cup before installation, check the single-layer cup body and integrated joint for cracks, aging, deformation or damage, and select suitable size (60/80/95mm) and rubber material according to working environment and workpiece characteristics. Second, thoroughly clean the suction cup edge and workpiece surface to remove dust, oil stains, powder and sundries, ensuring clean and smooth fitting surfaces for tight vacuum sealing. Third, align the integrated joint with the manipulator fixture interface, install and lock it firmly to avoid looseness and air leakage during high-frequency operation. Fourth, connect the pneumatic vacuum pipeline, turn on the air source for air tightness test, check the cup body and joint for air leakage, and adjust the vacuum pressure to a reasonable working range. Fifth, conduct trial gripping of flat workpieces, confirm the suction cup fits tightly and grips stably without shaking, slipping or falling off. Sixth, after the trial run is normal, start formal automated picking, placing and handling work. For daily maintenance, regularly clean residual dirt on the suction cup surface, periodically check rubber elasticity and sealing performance, and replace the suction cup in time if suction attenuation, aging or air leakage occurs to ensure stable equipment operation.
