How to Use
First, inspect the solenoid valve before installation, check the valve body for damage, deformation and aging of sealing rings, and select 4V210-08 or 4V220-08 model and corresponding 24V/220V voltage according to equipment pneumatic circuit and power supply parameters. Second, clean the air port and pipeline impurities to prevent dust and debris from entering the valve core and causing blockage. Third, fix the solenoid valve on the equipment mounting frame firmly, connect the air inlet and outlet pipelines correctly according to the air circuit diagram, and ensure all interfaces are tightly connected without air leakage. Fourth, complete the power wiring strictly in accordance with voltage specifications, check the circuit connection to avoid short circuit or wrong wiring. Fifth, turn on the air source and power supply for trial operation, test the valve switching sensitivity and cylinder reversing action, observe for air leakage, jitter and abnormal noise, and confirm stable circuit switching. Sixth, after the trial run is normal, put the equipment into formal automated production.
