How to Use

Second, inspect the nitrile rubber cup body before installation to check for cracks, surface wear, aging deformation and elastic attenuation, ensure no quality defects. Third, thoroughly clean the suction cup sealing surface and sheet metal surface to remove stamping oil, dust, metal scraps and dirt, ensuring full close fitting to avoid vacuum air leakage. Fourth, align the standard interface of the suction cup with the pneumatic connector of the robotic arm or sheet metal automation equipment, install and lock firmly to prevent loosening and air leakage caused by high-frequency vibration.
