How to Use
First, select the appropriate specification based on workpiece size and load demand: SPF10/SPF15 for miniature precision electronic parts and tiny plastic accessories; SPF20/SPF25 for conventional medium flat workpieces; ED-65 for large-area flat plates and heavy-duty workpieces. Inspect the flat suction surface and nozzle interface before installation to check for cracks, aging, dust adhesion and elastic fatigue. Second, thoroughly clean the suction cup contact surface and workpiece surface to remove dust, oil stains and fine impurities, ensuring complete airtight fitting and avoiding vacuum air leakage and unstable suction. Third, complete DIY assembly according to on-site equipment conditions, match the applicable pneumatic connector, and adjust the installation angle to ensure vertical and uniform stress during adsorption. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline for idle air tightness testing, adjust the vacuum pressure to the optimal working range, and verify fast vacuum forming, stable sealing and no abnormal noise or air leakage.
