How to Use
First, select the appropriate M-specification model according to the workpiece weight and size, choose M40/M50/M60/M80 suction cup reasonably, and confirm DIY matching parameters or OBM customization requirements in advance. Second, inspect the nitrile rubber nozzle head before installation, check the cup body for cracks, aging, deformation, wear and anti-static performance integrity to ensure no quality defects. Third, thoroughly clean the large-area suction surface and workpiece surface to remove oil stains, dust, metal debris and sundries, ensuring full close fitting to avoid vacuum air leakage. Fourth, align the suction cup interface with the pneumatic connector of robotic arm or automation equipment, install and lock firmly to prevent loosening and air leakage during heavy-load high-frequency operation. Fifth, connect the vacuum pipeline for idle air tightness test, adjust the vacuum pressure to the optimal heavy-load range, verify stable vacuum forming and no leakage at joints.
