How to Use
First, select the corresponding specification according to the workpiece size and weight, choose PF-60, PF-80 or PF-95 single-layer suction cup, and inspect the imported silicone surface and PA base for cracks, wear, aging and deformation. Second, thoroughly clean the flat suction surface and workpiece contact surface to remove dust, oil stains, debris and oxide layers, ensuring a clean and flat fitting surface to avoid vacuum air leakage. Third, align the reserved manipulator joint interface with the equipment pneumatic connector, install and lock the suction cup firmly to prevent loosening and offset caused by long-term equipment vibration. Fourth, connect the vacuum air pipeline, turn on the air source for idle test, check the overall air tightness of the suction cup, confirm no air leakage at the joint and the flat surface fits tightly. Fifth, adjust the vacuum pressure to a stable range suitable for flat workpieces, conduct trial gripping operation, verify stable adsorption without slipping, shaking or workpiece deformation. Sixth, start continuous automated production after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly clean surface dust and wear marks, check silicone elasticity and PA base integrity, and replace the suction cup timely if suction weakens, surface wear or sealing failure occurs.
