Dual high-quality rubber materials are optional: nitrile rubber boasts outstanding oil resistance, wear resistance and compression fatigue resistance, suitable for oily mechanical processing workshops; silicone rubber features high and low temperature resistance, non-toxic and non-marking performance, adapting to high-temperature and clean precision production scenarios. How to Use
First, select the correct model according to workpiece surface fluctuation and stroke demand: choose ZP2-15ZJ for slight unevenness and short compensation stroke scenarios, select ZP2-46ZJ for large height difference and long buffer stroke working conditions; select nitrile rubber for oily environments and silicone rubber for high-temperature clean workshops. Inspect the multi-layer accordion bellows for cracks, aging, elasticity attenuation and structural damage before installation. Second, thoroughly clean the suction cup contact surface and workpiece surface to remove dust, oil stains and fine debris, ensuring full close fitting to avoid vacuum air leakage. Third, align the standard interface of the suction cup with the manipulator pneumatic connector, install and lock firmly to prevent loosening and air leakage caused by high-frequency vibration and telescopic movement. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline for idle air tightness test, check the flexible telescopic performance of multi-stage bellows and overall sealing performance, adjust vacuum pressure to the optimal working range. Fifth, conduct trial gripping operation, verify that the accordion structure fits the workpiece surface fully, with stable suction, no slipping, shaking or workpiece extrusion deformation. Sixth, start formal automated production after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly clean surface residual dirt, check the flexibility of multi-layer bellows and rubber elasticity, and replace the suction cup timely if suction weakens, structural aging or sealing failure occurs.
