How to Use

1. Pre-installation inspection
   Select the corresponding model (FG-9/14/18/25/88) according to workpiece size and load weight. Check the corrugated cup body for cracks, aging, deformation or rubber peeling to ensure intact structure.
2. Surface cleaning
   Thoroughly wipe the suction cup contact surface and workpiece surface to remove dust, powder, oil stains and debris, to guarantee tight fitting and vacuum sealing.
3. Installation & fixation
   Align the suction cup interface with the manipulator pneumatic connector, install and lock firmly. Check the connection to avoid looseness which may cause air leakage during operation.
4. Air tightness test
   Connect the vacuum air pipeline and turn on the air source. Run idle test to check for air leakage at the cup body and joint, and adjust vacuum pressure to a suitable range.
5. Trial gripping
