Product Features
This SAOF/SAOB oval vacuum suction cup adopts high-density NBR rubber material, featuring outstanding oil resistance and abrasion resistance, maintaining stable elasticity and sealing performance for long-term contact with oily metal surfaces without hardening or deformation. It integrates two mainstream structural configurations: single-layer flat tight-sealing type and double-layer corrugated buffer type, meeting rigid high-precision positioning and flexible shock-absorbing handling demands respectively. The exclusive long-strip grooved design increases surface friction and vacuum locking force, effectively preventing slipping of smooth and oil-covered workpieces during high-speed dynamic handling. The optimized oval corrugated structure provides excellent height compensation and impact buffering, adapting to slightly curved and uneven long-strip workpieces without workpiece deformation or indentation. The integral vulcanization molding process combines the suction nozzle and reinforcing structure into one piece, greatly improving overall firmness and tensile resistance. Standard industrial mounting interfaces ensure high compatibility with mainstream robotic arms, vacuum generators and pneumatic automation equipment, supporting quick disassembly and on-site replacement for mass production lines.
Product Advantages
First, professional anti-slip grooved design. Unique bottom groove structure enhances vacuum locking and friction grip, thoroughly solving the slipping problem of oily metal sheets and smooth long-strip workpieces, improving handling stability and yield. Second,NBR oil-resistant durable performance. Premium nitrile rubber material resists oil corrosion, friction wear and environmental aging, far more durable than ordinary silicone cups in oily industrial workshop environments. Third, dual structure full-scene adaptation. Single layer for ultra-flat workpieces with ultra-high positioning accuracy; double layer corrugated type for curved and uneven long parts with flexible buffer protection, covering diverse handling scenarios. Fourth, customized long-strip oval molding. Specially optimized for narrow and elongated workpieces, realizing full-surface uniform suction, avoiding local stress concentration and workpiece deformation. Fifth, industrial strong suction & stable operation. Optimized internal air channel ensures fast vacuum forming and stable negative pressure output, suitable for high-frequency dynamic cyclic operation of automated stamping and processing lines with low failure rate.
How to Use
First, select the appropriate structure according to working conditions: choose single-layer type for flat ultra-precision workpieces and double-layer corrugated type for curved or uneven long-strip parts. Inspect the NBR rubber cup body for cracks, groove wear and aging deformation before installation. Second, clean the suction cup grooved contact surface and workpiece surface thoroughly to remove oil stains, dust and metal debris, ensuring clean fitting surfaces for reliable vacuum locking. Third, align the suction cup interface with the manipulator pneumatic connector, install and lock firmly to avoid loosening and air leakage during high-speed dynamic operation. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and perform idle air tightness test, check the corrugated telescopic flexibility and groove sealing performance, adjust vacuum pressure to the optimal range for oily workpieces. Fifth, conduct trial gripping on target long-strip or metal workpieces, verify no slipping, shaking or workpiece deformation, and confirm stable and lasting suction force. Sixth, start formal automated production after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly clean oil residue and dirt in the grooves, check NBR rubber elasticity and corrugated integrity, and replace the suction cup timely if suction weakens or anti-slip performance declines.
