How to Use
First, complete model and structure selection: choose 2-layer type for flat workpieces with small stroke demand, 4-layer type for conventional curved workpieces, and 5-layer type for uneven workpieces with large buffer demand; select nitrile or silicone material according to working environment, and confirm customized parameters if DIY/OBM service is required. Second, inspect the suction cup body before installation, check the multi-layer bellows for cracks, aging, deformation and static function integrity to ensure no quality defects. Third, thoroughly clean the suction cup contact surface and workpiece surface to remove dust, oil stains and fine debris, avoiding static dust adsorption and air leakage. Fourth, align the suction cup interface with the manipulator pneumatic connector, install and lock firmly to prevent loosening and air leakage during high-frequency vibration operation.
