How to Use
First, confirm the working environment and workpiece type: this ZP3P-T20JT5SF-AG01 suction cup is suitable for injection molding workshop high temperature environment, used for gripping multi-layer composite packaging bags, flexible films, injection molded plastic parts and other workpieces, confirm that the workpiece size and weight match the 20mm diameter suction cup load range. Second, inspect the silicone lip of the suction cup before installation, confirm no cracks, scratches, hardening, aging and debris adhesion, ensure the flexible lip is intact and elastic to avoid vacuum leakage. Third, align the JT5 standard threaded interface of the suction cup with the injection molding manipulator or vacuum connector, screw and lock firmly, apply appropriate high temperature resistant sealant to the thread if necessary to prevent air leakage caused by high temperature and high frequency vibration. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and conduct air tightness test, adjust the vacuum negative pressure to the recommended range of -50kPa~-70kPa, check that there is no air leakage at the interface and the silicone lip is evenly fitted.
