How to Use
First, check the suction cup before use to confirm no cracks, wear, aging or blockages in the flat slot nozzle, and ensure the suction surface is clean and intact. Second, select and install the J-WEY31/32 suction cup on the manipulator or pneumatic vacuum equipment, fasten the connecting position tightly to avoid air leakage. Third, clean the surface of the target workpiece to remove dust, oil stains and debris, ensuring a flat and smooth adsorption surface. Fourth, turn on the pneumatic vacuum system, adjust the air pressure to a suitable range, and perform a trial suction test to verify stable vacuum adsorption and normal release. Fifth, in formal operation, align the flat slot suction surface with the workpiece, start vacuum gripping, and carry out handling, lifting and positioning work after stable adsorption. Sixth, after operation, cut off the vacuum air source to release the workpiece, clean the suction cup slot and surface regularly, and replace the accessory in time if wear, deformation or poor sealing occurs.
