Product Features
This PAG-30 thin film special suction cup adopts customized ultra-thin cup body molding technology, with an ultra-flat and thin contact surface, perfectly adapting to the physical characteristics of soft and fragile thin films and thin sheets. The optimized uniform air suction cavity structure ensures even distribution of vacuum force, avoiding local over-suction that causes workpiece indentation, stretch damage or wrinkling. Made of high-elastic industrial rubber material, the suction nozzle is soft and wear-resistant, with excellent fitting performance on ultra-thin and smooth surfaces without scratching or damaging workpieces. It maintains stable vacuum sealing without air leakage during long-term high-frequency cyclic operation. The standard PAG-30 specification interface is highly compatible with mainstream industrial manipulators and pneumatic automation equipment, supporting quick disassembly and replacement. The lightweight ultra-thin structure does not increase manipulator load, ensuring high-speed and stable automated pick-and-place operation.
Product Advantages
First, professional ultra-thin workpiece adaptation. Exclusive thin-type structural design targets film, thin sheet and ultra-thin soft materials, making up for the defects of ordinary thick suction cups that easily deform thin workpieces. Second, uniform delicate suction & no deformation. Balanced vacuum adsorption effectively prevents film wrinkling, stretching and indentation, greatly improving the yield rate of precision thin material processing. Third, soft non-damage gripping. High-elastic flexible rubber body fits closely with smooth thin surfaces, realizing zero-damage gripping for fragile film and sheet workpieces. Fourth, stable & efficient operation. Fast vacuum response and excellent air tightness ensure continuous and stable suction force, suitable for high-speed cyclic automated production. Fifth, high compatibility & cost-effectiveness. Standard PAG-30 size, easy installation and replacement, low failure rate, ideal for long-term supporting use in precision automation workshops.
How to Use
First, inspect the PAG-30 thin suction cup before use, check the ultra-thin cup surface for cracks, aging, permanent deformation or rubber hardening to ensure complete sealing performance. Second, thoroughly clean the suction nozzle surface and the thin film or sheet workpiece to remove fine dust, static attachments and sundries, ensuring a clean and flat fitting surface for vacuum sealing. Third, install the PAG-30 suction cup firmly on the manipulator pneumatic interface, confirm the connection is tight without looseness or air leakage. Fourth, turn on the vacuum air source and perform idle test, check the suction uniformity and air tightness, and adjust the vacuum pressure to a low and stable range suitable for thin workpieces. Fifth, conduct trial gripping on target films or thin sheets, verify no wrinkling, stretching or slipping occurs, and confirm stable and balanced adsorption. Sixth, after the trial run is normal, start formal automated picking, transferring and laminating production. For daily maintenance, regularly clean the fine dust on the ultra-thin suction cup surface, check rubber elasticity regularly, and replace the suction cup timely if suction weakens or aging failure occurs to ensure precision gripping quality.
