1. Product Features
This air spring shock absorber is a professional industrial rubber vibration isolation and noise reduction accessory, specially designed for floor-mounted water pumps and rooftop air conditioning units. Made of high-quality industrial rubber materials, it features excellent elasticity, strong pressure resistance, outstanding aging resistance and weather resistance, adapting to long-term outdoor and industrial working environments. Adopting unique air spring buffer structure, it combines the soft buffering performance of air pressure and the stability of rubber support, achieving multi-level vibration isolation effect. The product has uniform load-bearing performance, strong structural stability and no deformation under long-term pressure. It can effectively isolate high-frequency vibration and running noise generated by electromechanical equipment. With integrated molding technology, the shock absorber has solid structure, durable performance and simple installation, perfectly matching various specifications of water pumps and rooftop air conditioning equipment for vibration damping and noise reduction.
2. Product Advantages
Excellent Vibration Isolation & Noise Reduction Effect The professional air spring structure can effectively absorb and weaken the high-frequency vibration generated during the operation of water pumps and air conditioners. It blocks vibration transmission to the ground and building structures, greatly reducing equipment resonance and operating noise, improving the overall operating environment.
Superior Weather & Aging Resistance Made of premium industrial rubber material, the shock absorber resists ultraviolet radiation, high temperature, rain and outdoor erosion. It maintains stable elasticity and vibration isolation performance for a long time even on rooftop open-air equipment, effectively avoiding aging, hardening and failure.
Stable Load-bearing & Deformation Resistance With reasonable structural design and uniform stress distribution, it can bear the weight of electromechanical equipment stably. It will not produce permanent compression deformation after long-term continuous load, ensuring long-term stable vibration damping effect.
Protect Equipment & Building Structure Long-term mechanical vibration will easily cause equipment loose parts, abnormal wear and building wall cracking. This air spring shock absorber effectively reduces vibration loss, extends the service life of water pumps and air conditioning units, and protects building structures from vibration damage.
Wide Compatibility & Easy Installation Suitable for all kinds of floor-mounted water pump equipment and rooftop central air conditioning units, HVAC electromechanical facilities. No complicated tools required for installation, convenient and fast replacement and assembly, greatly saving installation time and maintenance cost.
3. Usage Methods
Step 1: Site Inspection & Preparation Clean the installation ground and equipment base, remove dust, oil stains, gravel and sundries. Ensure the installation position is flat, clean and stable to avoid uneven stress affecting vibration damping effect.
Step 2: Equipment Support & Positioning Slightly lift the water pump or rooftop air conditioning unit, place the air spring shock absorber evenly at the stress-bearing bottom of the equipment. Arrange the shock absorbers symmetrically to ensure balanced force on all support points.
Step 3: Level Adjustment Adjust the position of each shock absorber to keep the equipment horizontal and stable. Ensure each shock absorber is closely attached to the equipment base and the ground without tilting or empty gaps, so as to achieve the best vibration isolation effect.
Step 4: Trial Operation Check After installation is completed, start the equipment for trial operation. Observe the equipment operation status to confirm no obvious shaking, abnormal vibration and excessive noise, ensuring the shock absorber works normally.
Step 5: Regular Inspection & Maintenance Check the shock absorber regularly every period. Confirm no serious aging, cracking, deformation or offset. Keep the surface clean, replace damaged accessories in time to maintain stable vibration damping and noise reduction performance.
4. Precautions
Do not install the shock absorber on uneven, inclined or loose ground, so as to avoid unbalanced force, equipment shaking and reduced vibration isolation effect. Avoid long-term exposure to strong corrosive liquid and chemical environments to prevent rubber deterioration and performance attenuation. Do not exceed the rated load-bearing range to prevent excessive compression deformation and failure. Regularly check the aging degree and surface condition of the product. If cracks, hardening, serious deformation and failure occur, please replace it in time to ensure equipment safety and stable operation.
