Product Features
This dedicated down filling machine suction cup is made of imported high-purity white silicone material, with uniform texture, no impurities, no color fading and no pollution, ensuring clean and dust-free down filling production environment. Dual hardness configuration of 60° and 84° covers diverse working demands: 60-grade super soft silicone is suitable for ultra-thin and delicate down fabrics to achieve zero-mark adsorption; 84-grade moderate hardness balances fitting performance and structural stability, ideal for high-speed continuous filling operation. The precision integral molding process creates a smooth and burr-free suction surface, avoiding hook damage and fiber pulling on soft down materials. The exclusive sealing structure for textile materials enhances vacuum locking force, preventing air leakage and material suction failure during high-speed down filling. With excellent anti-aging, anti-fatigue and elastic recovery properties, it resists long-term repeated extrusion and stretching without hardening or deformation. Standard universal mounting interface ensures perfect compatibility with most mainstream automatic down filling machines and pneumatic systems, supporting quick disassembly and on-site replacement.
Product Advantages
First, imported white silicone clean & safe. Premium imported white silicone material is non-toxic, tasteless and stain-free, avoiding color contamination on white and light-colored down products, compliant with textile industry hygiene standards. Second, dual hardness full-scene matching. 60° soft type protects fragile thin down fabrics; 84° sturdy type adapts to high-intensity continuous production, realizing one-stop matching for all down filling processes. Third, zero-damage textile adsorption. Ultra-smooth soft contact surface eliminates scratching, hooking and fiber damage, greatly improving the yield and appearance quality of finished down products. Fourth, stable suction & high efficiency. Optimized sealing structure maintains lasting and stable vacuum negative pressure, effectively reducing material dropping and suction failure rate, improving overall down filling production efficiency. Fifth, industrial durable & low maintenance. Excellent fatigue resistance and aging resistance extend service life, reducing frequent replacement and equipment downtime, effectively lowering long-term production and maintenance costs.
How to Use
First, select the appropriate hardness specification according to production demands: choose 60-grade soft suction cup for delicate thin down fabrics, and 84-grade suction cup for conventional high-speed filling production. Inspect the white silicone cup body for cracks, scratches, aging or residual impurities before installation. Second, thoroughly clean the suction cup surface and equipment fitting position to ensure no dust, down fiber or stains, preventing air leakage and material contamination. Third, install the suction cup on the reserved interface of the down filling machine, lock it firmly to avoid loosening and offset during high-frequency vibration operation. Fourth, connect the pneumatic pipeline, turn on the air source for idle test, check the vacuum tightness and confirm no air leakage at the joint and cup body. Fifth, adjust the vacuum pressure to a reasonable range suitable for down material adsorption, conduct trial filling test, verify stable suction, no fiber pulling and no fabric damage. Sixth, start formal mass production after stable trial operation. For daily maintenance, regularly clean residual down fibers on the suction cup surface, check silicone elasticity and sealing integrity, and replace the suction cup timely if suction weakens or surface aging occurs.
