1. 90° Airflow Redirection for Space-saving RoutingThe L-shaped structure allows for a 90° turn in the air path, which is essential for routing in confined spaces (e.g., inside compact manipulators, pneumatic tools, or equipment cabinets). It avoids hose kinking and optimizes layout efficiency, reducing installation interference and improving system neatness.
2. Quick & Tool-free Push-in ConnectionThe push-in end enables one-touch insertion of air hoses (4–12 mm OD) without tools; simply press the release sleeve to remove the hose. This significantly shortens assembly and maintenance time, supporting rapid line changes and reducing downtime in automated production lines.
3. 360° Rotatable Threaded End for Flexible InstallationThe male threaded end (G1/8–G1/2, marked as 01–04) can rotate 360° after tightening, allowing precise adjustment of the hose exit direction. This flexibility simplifies alignment during installation, accommodates positional offsets, and prevents hose twisting or tension.
4. Reliable Sealing & High-pressure ResistanceConstructed with nickel-plated brass bodies and NBR seals, PL fittings ensure excellent airtightness and resistance to pressure (up to 10 bar for plastic bodies, 40 bar for metal bodies) and temperature (-20°C to +80°C for plastic, -40°C to +100°C for metal). The threaded interface is pre-coated with sealant to eliminate the need for additional tape or sealants, preventing leaks and enhancing durability.

Wide Compatibility & Versatile ApplicationCompatible with common hoses (PU, PA, PE, Teflon) and standard pneumatic threads (G/BSPP), PL fittings are suitable for diverse industrial scenarios: material handling (manipulators), packaging machinery, electronics assembly, and automotive production. Models like PL4-01 (4 mm hose, G1/8 thread) to PL12-04 (12 mm hose, G1/2 thread) cover most low-to-medium flow requirements.
