How to Use
Firstly, check the suction cup before use, confirm the silicone body is free of cracks, deformation, aging and dust blockage, and ensure the suction surface and air channel are clean and unobstructed. Secondly, select the corresponding specification according to the workpiece type and weight: choose SP single-layer for flat hard workpieces, DP double-layer and MP three-layer for curved, thin or easily damaged workpieces. Thirdly, install the suction nozzle firmly on the pneumatic connector of the manipulator or automation equipment to avoid loose connection and air leakage. Fourthly, clean the surface of the target workpiece to remove dust, oil stains and debris, ensuring a tight vacuum fit. Fifthly, debug the vacuum equipment, adjust the air pressure to a reasonable range, and perform trial suction to confirm stable adsorption and smooth release. Sixthly, in formal operation, align the large suction head with the workpiece surface, rely on the flexible layered structure for automatic fitting, and complete grabbing, lifting and handling after stable vacuum adsorption. Finally, cut off the air source to release the workpiece after operation, clean the suction cup regularly, and replace it timely if there is severe wear, hardening or poor sealing to ensure stable and efficient equipment operation.
