How to Use
First, select proper size and material according to workpiece weight and working environment: pick small sizes 32/40/50mm for medium flat workpieces; choose large sizes 63/80/100/125mm for super heavy large plates; select HBN black NBR for oily industrial workshops, HBS white silicone for clean and high-temperature workshops. Check bellows integrity, suction lip flatness and rubber surface aging condition before installation. Second, clean dust, oil stains and metal debris on suction cup lip and workpiece surface completely to prevent tiny particles from causing vacuum leakage and unstable suction. Third, install the ZP-HB suction cup onto manipulator vacuum connector tightly, make sure no loose joint to avoid air leakage caused by high-frequency vibration. Fourth, connect vacuum pipeline and conduct idle air tightness test, adjust vacuum negative pressure to standard working range, check bellows telescopic flexibility and overall sealing performance. Fifth, carry out trial heavy-load grabbing test, verify no cup body deformation, no workpiece slipping and no vacuum pressure drop during lifting and high-speed moving.
