Product Features
This industrial heavy-duty suction cup holder is optimized and upgraded for heavy-load working conditions, with an integral reinforced rigid structure that greatly improves overall load-bearing performance compared with ordinary lightweight brackets. The precision positioning and locking structure can firmly fix the vacuum suction cup, effectively resisting vibration and impact generated during high-frequency robotic operation, preventing offset and loosening. It supports matching installation of various specifications of heavy-duty vacuum suction cups, with strong compatibility and wide adaptability. The surface is treated with anti-rust and anti-oxidation process, adapting to complex industrial workshop environments, with long-term stable working performance. The standardized mounting interface is highly compatible with mainstream industrial manipulator fixtures, realizing quick disassembly, assembly and replacement, and meeting the continuous operation needs of heavy-load automated equipment.
Product Advantages
First, super heavy load-bearing performance. Reinforced thickened structure design greatly improves the bearing limit, perfectly matching heavy-duty suction cups to handle large and heavy workpieces, meeting high-load industrial production demands. Second,anti-vibration & anti-loosening stability. Professional locking and positioning structure eliminates suction cup shaking and displacement during high-speed operation, ensuring consistent gripping accuracy and improving production stability. Third, excellent industrial durability. Anti-rust, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment enables long-term service in harsh industrial environments, reducing bracket deformation and damage failure rate. Fourth, strong universal compatibility. Flexible matching with multiple models of heavy-duty vacuum suction cups and robotic arms, suitable for stone, glass, plate heavy-load handling automation scenarios. Fifth, cost-effective & easy maintenance. Standard modular structure requires no complicated debugging, convenient for daily replacement and maintenance, effectively reducing the overall operating cost of automated equipment.
How to Use
First, conduct pre-installation inspection, check whether the suction cup holder has deformation, cracks or thread damage, confirm the holder specification matches the heavy-duty vacuum suction cup and manipulator fixture parameters. Second, clean the mounting position of the manipulator and the holder connecting surface to remove dust, oil stains and debris, ensuring a flat and stable installation base. Third, install the vacuum suction cup on the heavy-duty holder, lock the positioning structure tightly to ensure no gap or looseness between the bracket and the suction cup. Fourth, fix the assembled holder and suction cup on the robotic arm, screw and lock the mounting threads firmly to avoid shaking during load operation. Fifth, connect the pneumatic vacuum pipeline, perform idle test operation, check the overall stability of the bracket and suction cup assembly, and confirm no shaking, air leakage or abnormal noise. Sixth, conduct heavy-load workpiece trial gripping, adjust vacuum pressure according to workpiece weight, verify stable gripping without offset and falling off, then start formal automated production. For daily maintenance, regularly check the holder fastening degree and structural integrity, tighten loose threads in time, and replace aging and deformed brackets to ensure long-term stable heavy-load operation.
