Mainstream down suction cups are made of imported silicone material, which features high temperature resistance, wear resistance and anti-aging properties. They can adapt to the temperature changes of the pneumatic system when the down filling machine is working, and are not prone to deformation or cracking after long-term friction with down, with a service life much longer than ordinary rubber materials. Meanwhile, the silicone is soft in texture and will not scratch the fabric or inner liner of down products.

The cavity and port of the suction cup are professionally designed for pneumatic use, with uniform pressure distribution during vacuum adsorption. Even for high-loft down, it can be adsorbed quickly and will not fall off easily during transfer, ensuring the continuity of the production process.

The standardized interface design can be directly connected to the pneumatic pipelines of down filling machines and industrial manipulators without complicated modification. Conventional specifications such as 60mm and 84mm can cover the equipment needs of most down product production, and customized sizes are also supported to meet special production scenarios.

The smooth surface of the silicone material prevents down fibers from adhering to it. After use, residual down can be cleaned with a simple wipe; if minor clogging occurs, the suction cup can be disassembled and unclogged quickly, with low maintenance costs and no impact on production progress.
